ULI TAP Town Center Final Report

The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) engaged Urban Land Institute’s Los Angeles Chapter in February of 2023 to convene a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to evaluate the 2016 Draft Master Plan and Master Plan 2022 Town Center concepts and provide its findings and recommendations to VAGLAHS.
